Our story

From the classroom to the payments platform.

It all started in 2008, when a group of distance education specialists founded Estudio Site with the goal of democratizing access to e-learning solutions in Brazil.

Over 16 years, we developed LMS platforms, implemented hundreds of Moodle projects, created instructional materials and trained teams at some of the largest organizations in the country — from Coca-Cola to the Brazilian Army.

In 2026, we launched edupay. Not because of a market opportunity, but because after so many years alongside schools, we understood better than anyone which problem needed to be solved.

Why edupay

Born from necessity, not an investor thesis.

After 16 years hearing school managers complain about WhatsApp spreadsheets, bank-issued invoices, untrackable PDF contracts and manually controlled installments — we decided to build the solution that did not exist.

edupay is not a generic product adapted for education. It is a platform designed from scratch for schools, by people who know this market from the inside.
